Privacy and AI use

Wise Woman AI is run by Jan in Aotearoa New Zealand. This page covers what information this site collects, what happens when you work with me, and how I use AI with your information.

This website

• No forms, no accounts. The site doesn't ask for your name or email. If you email me, I receive what you send.
• No advertising cookies or trackers.
• Your colour choice on the homepage is saved in your own browser so the page remembers it. It never reaches me.

When you email me

I use what you send to reply and, if we work together, to run that work. I don't sell, rent or share your details with anyone's marketing list.

When we work together

• You decide what goes in. We agree up front which of your information is used, and anything sensitive stays out unless you've decided otherwise.
• Client details stay with me. I never use one client's information in another client's work, and I never name clients publicly without their permission.
• You keep the final say. Nothing I build sends, publishes or acts on your behalf without your approval, unless you've asked for it to.

How I use AI

I use AI tools, mainly Claude and ChatGPT, to research, draft, build and check work. A person (me) reviews what AI produces before it reaches you.

Where a tool lets me stop my conversations being used to train its models, I switch that off for client work, and I'll show you how to do the same in your own tools.

AI tools are run by overseas companies, so information you agree to put into them may be processed outside New Zealand.

Your rights

You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email jan@wisewoman.ai. There's no department here, there's me.
